Digital Delivery Only

All tickets sold through our store are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical tickets by post or courier. There are no shipping fees, and no physical address is required to complete your purchase.

How You Will Receive Your Tickets

After your payment has been successfully processed, your tickets will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tickets are delivered as a PDF attachment and/or via a secure download link, depending on the event.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct and that your inbox can receive emails from us.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: Tickets are typically delivered within a few minutes of completing your purchase.
  • Delayed delivery: In rare cases (e.g. payment verification, high order volume, or pre-sale events), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Pre-orders / Future events: For tickets to events with a scheduled release date, delivery will occur on or before that release date, and you will be notified accordingly.

If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Using Your Tickets

Each ticket contains a unique QR code or barcode that will be scanned at the entrance of the event. You may either:

  • Present the ticket on your mobile device, or
  • Print the ticket on paper and bring it with you.

Please ensure your screen brightness is sufficient for the QR code to be scanned. Each ticket can only be used once — duplicate or screenshotted tickets will be rejected at entry.

Lost or Missing Tickets

If you cannot find your confirmation email:

  1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  2. Search your inbox for emails from [https://tangoxfado.berlin/].
  3. If you still cannot locate your tickets, contact us at tangomeetsfadoberlin@gmail.com with your order number, and we will resend them.

Incorrect Email Address

We are not responsible for tickets not received due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at tangomeetsfadoberlin@gmail.com so we can resend your tickets to the correct address.

International Customers

Because all delivery is electronic, our tickets are available to customers worldwide, regardless of location. Please note that you are responsible for confirming that you can legally attend the event in the country or region where it takes place.
